At SHWET KAMAL AYURVEDA, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Within India

We ship across India, except for certain locations where courier services may be restricted. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout.
Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999 (post discounts).
A shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations in India on orders above ₹999, with an additional COD fee of ₹50.
COD is not available for international orders or orders below ₹999.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kolkata, West Bengal, within 24-48 hours of placement. In rare cases, processing may take longer, and we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Our shipping days are Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
While we strive to accommodate special requests (such as expedited or scheduled deliveries), fulfillment is subject to courier service constraints.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Delivery: Typically takes 3-7 business days, though delays may occur due to high courier loads, local disruptions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Delivery: Takes approximately 10-19 business days, subject to customs clearance, courier regulations, and local conditions.

International Shipping Terms

Shipping charges vary based on the order weight, destination, and courier service provider. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.
Custom Duties & Taxes:
- Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government levies upon arrival in the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties or customs fees. SHWET KAMAL AYURVEDA is not liable for these charges.
- If an order is refused due to unpaid duties, the parcel may be held or disposed of by customs. In such cases, no refunds will be processed.
- If the order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges, applicable shipping and return costs will be deducted before issuing any refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at shwet.kamal.contact@gmail.com or +91 8981015999.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you refuse delivery, the order will be returned, and ₹200 (₹100 for shipping + ₹100 for return) will be deducted from your refund.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report it to us within 72 hours for assistance.

Returns & Refund Policy

At SHWET KAMAL AYURVEDA, we prioritize quality and hygiene. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If you receive a tampered or damaged package, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and videos.
For product quality concerns, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the product before processing a refund or replacement.
Return & Replacement Charges: ₹100 each for pickup and redelivery (paid by the customer).
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as a credit note for future purchases.
